Technical Officer, Contractor Service Management

 Your role

• Assist in end to end tendering works, including price negotiation, contract renewal, and contract administrative support
• Assist in process review to improve operational efficiency 
• Coordinate with various parties on project progress updating
• Perform cost effectiveness analysis to drive cost saving 
• Engage in management reporting
• Support in ad hoc projects  

 To succeed in this role

• Degree holders in Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines; or
• Higher Diploma holders with 2-3 years' working experience in Project Management or related field
• Strong analytic skills with extensive experience in Excel or other database tools 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in data analysis and management reporting 
• Ability to work independently and provide ad hoc support in projects
