Technical Manager (MVAC)
Your Role
- Prepare annual budget and budget control to meet the business strategy.
- Monitor contractor’s performance in terms of quality control & auditing.
- Provide the technical support to regional Facilities Management teams and customers and ensure the compliance of statutory requirements.
- Analysis, prepare technical specification and drawings for improvement or upgrading projects.
- Implement, control and review the maintenance contracts.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, contractors, consultants and government departments for technical aspect.
- Update and record the assets using computerized system.
- Establish and manage the compliance of repair and maintenance quality standards.
- Identify the opportunities to improve current service levels.
- Conduct site inspections for risk assessment report with improvement plan.
- Conduct other duties as assigned.
To Succeed in the Role
- Degree or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering with minimum 8 - 10 years of practical experience in repairs, maintenance and installation of E&M facilities especially in MVAC system and at least 5 years working in managerial level.
- Thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements.
- Good communicative and interpersonal skill with good command of English and Chinese.
- Good in computer skill with knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
- Professional qualification for Chartered Engineer / Corporate Member of HKIE, CIBSE or BSOMES is preferable.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager
