Technical Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of broadband line and router provisioning, maintenance, and upselling techniques. This role requires shift duty and occasional ad hoc assignments. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair broadband lines and routers
• Troubleshoot and resolve broadband line and router issues
• Identify upsell opportunity and upsell additional products and services to customers
• Take shift duty and ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stay up-to-date on the latest broadband and Wi-Fi technologies
• Able to work effectively with customers and colleagues in difficult and stressful situations
• Demonstrate teamwork, motivation, and a results-driven mindset

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a technical institution in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in broadband line provisioning and maintenance
• Proven experience in upselling products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with fibre optic technology
• Experience with home networking and IoT equipment
