Team Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to handle customer enquiries regarding general insurance from inbound call & email
- Train and coach the team for performing professional Customer Service
- Guide the team to resolve customer problems and complaints in timely and professional manner.
- Monitor the team to provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level.
- Retain and enhance customer relationships.
Requirements
- HKDSE/HKCEE or above
- Experience in customer service in general insurance area
- With at least 2 years leadership experience in call centre
- Passed IIQE Paper I & Paper II
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Excellent in communication skill, listening skill, and problem-solving abilities.
- PC literate in MS Office especially MS Office and Excel
- Good Chinese word processing
