Team Manager

 Responsibilities

 

  • Lead a small team to handle customer enquiries regarding general insurance from inbound call & email
  • Train and coach the team for performing professional Customer Service 
  • Guide the team to resolve customer problems and complaints in timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the team to provide one stop service to customers for enhancing the customer engagement level.
  • Retain and enhance customer relationships.


Requirements

  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above
  • Experience in customer service in general insurance area
  • With at least 2 years leadership experience in call centre
  • Passed IIQE Paper I & Paper II
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent in communication skill, listening skill, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PC literate in MS Office especially MS Office and Excel
  • Good Chinese word processing
