Team Leader

To lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Executives to deliver quality services to customers.


 Your role:

  • Provide daily direction and communication to ensure a team of more than 10 staffs to deliver superior services to customers via various channels
  • Provide guidance and support to facilitate team members in service delivery and daily operations, resolve complex member enquiries and handle complaints escalated from team members
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports
  • Prepare roster schedule to meet operations needs
  • Shift duty is required Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays


To succeed in this role:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • 4 years’ relevant working experience in contact center / helpdesk industry with minimum 1 year in supervisory/team leader role
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive performance
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering team work
  • Positive thinker with good management skill and exceptional customer service attitude, and an ability to listen, analyze and find solutions
  • Knowledge of MS word , Excel and PowerPoint will be an advantage

Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Customer Service Executive  - Helpdesk.


Referral Bonus



Referral Bonus Payment

  • The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Global Staff Referral Program – Scheme Paper
  • The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases
    • - 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 3 months
    • - 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 6 months
