System Manager

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining system architecture for clients based on their specific requirements.
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components of the system.
• Monitoring system performance to identify potential issues or bottlenecks and proactively addressing them.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various systems.
• Conducting regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing backup strategies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
• Providing technical support to end-users by resolving system-related issues promptly.
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), network protocols (TCP/IP), virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is preferred.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
