System Analyst

Your Role

• Lead a team of programmers in designing and developing in-house platforms, automated tools and monitoring tools to improve operation and service quality
• Continue development and maintenance of existing tools
• Conduct analysis of existing systems and process to identify areas for optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements
• Select appropriate technologies for system development and integration
• Provide guidance and support to development teams
• Conduct system testing and resolve any issues arisen
• Train users on new systems and provide ongoing support and assistance
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

To Succeed in the Role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with min 5 years’ relevant experience
• Proven experience as a System Analyst is preferable
• Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and specifications
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of secure development, certificate such as CSSLP is a plus
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior System Analyst
