System Analyst

The Job:

• Be responsible for existing IoT Platform, mobile application and related solutions on-going development and maintenance.
• Develop IoT Platform backend to onboard wide range of third-party IoT products and support customers’ business logic.
• Perform third-party system integration and solution technical design to support mobility solution and IoT solution for enterprise customers.
• Perform software development lifecycle management to maintain development team’s sustainability and development deliverables’ quality.
• Engage in IoT project lifecycle including user requirement collection, solution design and development, tender review, project implementation, user training, documentation, and on-going support.
• Engage in IoT solution demo / POC development and presentation.
• Participate in technical trainings, workshops, seminars, exhibition, etc. Explore and deploy new IoT technologies to enhance the company competitiveness.
• Provide technical insight to support commercial team’s business strategy.
• Provide training to internal teams to be familiar with the IoT Platform and solutions.
• Coordinate with project team and pre-sales team to provide recommendations to resolve issues.

The Person:

• Master / Bachelor Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related disciplines with 1 year or above relevant experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript / NodeJS, Python, Linux / Ubuntu server, WebSocket and PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Cloud computing and services operation (e.g. AWS, Azure, AliCloud, etc.)
• Experience with at least one software development lifecycle management skills (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.). Scrum Master is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in IoT connection technologies (NB-IoT, LoRa, BLE, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G), IoT communication protocol (HTTP, MQTT, COAP, AMQP, TCP, LWM2M) is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in cyber security and IoT security is a plus.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Windows server, Linux and MacOS environment.
• Knowledge and experience in Java Spring Boot and Tomcat, Kafka, RabbitMQ, C/C++, embedded system, RTOS is a plus.
• Knowledge in data networking skill (4G/5G router configuration, Wi-Fi AP trouble shooting) and CCNA/CCNP is a plus.
• Knowledge in IT equipment hardware operation and maintenance.
• Good customer services and able to work under pressure.
• Work independent and innovative with good technical, analytical, problem solving and teamwork.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. Putonghua is an advantage.
