Specialist

Your role:

• Design and execute tests for various telecom products to ensure accurate billing.

• Analyze call records and system data to identify errors in the billing processes.

• Provide technical support for file servers, database servers, computers, firewall and network devices.

• Provide support for programming tasks as required.

• Provide support for ad-hoc projects as needed.

To succeed in this role:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines.

• Experience in system support of file servers, computers, and network devices.

• Knowledge of SQL and database systems.

• Experience in program coding will be an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Strong analytical skills, solid business insight, excellent problem-solving abilities and good interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, quick learning and self-motivation.
