Specialist (ESG Focus)

PCCW Group is looking for an energetic team player for its Group Communications team focusing the Group’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and being the driving force behind impactful community engagement that inspire and engage our diverse stakeholders. 

Your new role

This role will support our commitment to robust ESG reporting, conduct comprehensive ESG data analysis, and assist with community and branding activities, including but not limited to: 

• Data Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement

       Gather, analyze, and follow up with internal stakeholders such as Group Finance, Business Units on ESG performance data

• Industry Monitoring

       Monitor industry trends and best practices in ESG to enhance internal knowledge transfer and support the team in studying and researching Global trends and local guidelines from governance organizations

• ESG Training and Coordination

       Assist in the organization and coordination of ESG-related internal trainings, workshops, and meetings

• Community Engagement

       Support the execution of community engagements to strengthen relationships with community partners on group level

To succeed this role

• Bachelor degree holder in Social Sciences, Data Analytics, Environmental Studies, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years’ working experience in community collaboration/ESG and branding activities-related fields and industries
• Interested in ESG issues and brand management; Sound knowledge of Environmental assessment is preferrable
• An independent and detail-oriented team player with strong sense of responsibility, can-do attitude, collaborative and creative mindset
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills with good time management under tight deadline and pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and other data analysis tools to analyze data and present insights and recommendations effectively is a MUST
