Solutions Manager
Role Overview
The Solutions Manager is responsible for the creation of IoT and Wholesale solutions based on Customer requirements and feedback. As an internal customer advocate, the Solutions Manager will together with Product Managers to customize customer solutions, as well as to drive features within the mainline product.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solutions based on customer feedback for the following products:
- IoT
- Wholesale IMSI (including network integration models)
- MVNE (UK and Hong Kong) – MNVO integration (network + BSS)
- Sponsored Roaming
- Work together with sales, presales, and product teams to define solutions based on customer needs
- Define together with the Operations team the support structure and model for customized offerings
- Work together with service managers to ensure that the solutions provided meet on-going customer needs
- Define dashboards and OKRs reflecting the health of the overall solutions provided
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in Mobile Core network deployments, especially in the areas of network-network integrations in MVNO, Network as a Service, and Sponsored Roaming deployments.
- Knowledge of BSS integration models, especially in the areas of provisioning and billing.
- Able to communicate in both verbal and written English;
- Formal Project Management certification (preferred).
- Travel will be required (~25% of time)
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in Mobile Core network deployments, especially in the areas of network-network integrations in MVNO, Network as a Service, and Sponsored Roaming deployments.
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be considered a plus.
