Solutions Executive

Responsibilities:

-Support initiatives that leverage Generative AI and AI Agent technologies to automate, simplify, or enhance business workflows
-Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
-Assist in documenting business requirements, process maps, and improvement recommendations
-Participate in pilot projects and proof-of-concept activities
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and tracking
-Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
-Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies -Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or Machine Learning concepts 
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Good presentation and communication skills
-Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is preferred
