What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily shop operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to hit targets
• Promote our full range of products with tailored solutions
• Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer feedback and ensure positive store experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or above (HKDSE / HKCEE with experience also considered)
• Proven retail or sales leadership experience
• Strong communication & people management skills
• Customer-focused, positive and results-driven
• Able to work shift hours (44 hours/week, 6 days off per month)
