Service Officer

Field Services Works Control (FSWC) is a center which coordinates the delivery process of installation / restoration service to our customer and cooperates with relevant parties if needed. The main responsibility of FSWC is to arrange field technician manpower resource to carry out installation / restoration and support field technician during the delivery process.

The successful candidate is required to coordinate with the relevant working parties to arrange the on-site installation work and monitor the progress to ensure the job can be completed within the target time and meet customer requirements. He/she is required to support internal & external customers to realize the customer requirements and handle customer needs.  

Your role:

• Assign jobs through operating support system.
• Coordinate with field supervisor for mobilizing manpower resources to handle daily installation and restoration jobs.
• Support enquiry from internal customer for order status, field staff working progress and appointment making.
• Handle external customer for appointment enquiry or chasing appointment cases.
• Assist team supervisor in regular report coordination and administration task.

To succeed in this role:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder or HKCEE / DSE graduate with 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Knowledge of voice & broadband services/products and field working procedures is an advantage.
• Strong good communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and proactively.
• Good PC knowledge in related work.
• Experience in customer management is preferable.
