Service Officer, Field Works Control Centre

Your role 

• Assign daily installation and restoration jobs through operating support system 
• Resolve enquiry from internal and external customers for order and appointment status
• Assist team supervisor in regular report coordination and administration task
• Perform UAT for new systems & products if needed

To succeed the role

• F.5/ DSE/ Diploma holder or above with min. 1 year relevant working experience in customer services is preferable
• Knowledge of voice & broadband services/products and field working procedures would be an advantage
• Initiative and good communication skills with customer-oriented mindset
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Good PC skills for Microsoft Office
• Fresh graduates are also welcome

Work Location: Hong Kong
