Service Engineer

To assist with business expansion, we are seeking a professional Security Engineer to join our team.

Your Role

• Implement and operate security controls across privileged access, SIEM/log management, email, firewall, and VPN infrastructure, with a focus on CyberArk, Splunk, and Fortinet platforms
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, network, and application teams to maintain a strong security posture.
• Support security incident investigations and response activities.

To Succeed in the Role

• Hands‑on experience implementing and operating CyberArk or similar privileged access management solutions (vaults, safes, policies, session management, onboarding accounts).​
• Practical experience with Splunk or another SIEM platform, including log onboarding, search queries, correlation/detection rules, and dashboard or alert development.​
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies: next‑generation firewalls, VPN, intrusion prevention, and secure network design.​
• Experience with Fortinet products such as FortiGate, FortiMail, and FortiSandbox, or equivalent email and network security platforms.​
• Solid understanding of email security (SMTP, mail proxies, spam filtering, malware scanning, DMARC/DKIM/SPF) and secure email best practices.​
• Familiarity with incident response processes, threat analysis, and working with SOC or security operations environments.​
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network, security, and system layers, with the ability to analyze logs and packet flows to resolve complex issues.​
• Good communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams and clearly explain security issues and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.​
