Job Summary

The ICT PBX System Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems and Call Center applications. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of SIP technology, IP Networking, Call Center and virtualization technologies and storage management. This role requires system and network performance analysis, complex problem resolution. Work as a technical point of contact for engineering team, PM team, customer, and vendor.

Job Descriptions:

• Service delivery of ICT & PBX system, Call Center system and adjunct telecommunications equipment.
• Support and maintenance of virtualization platform such as FusionSphere, EXSI, KVM
• Management of private cloud computing, storage and network.

 Required skills:

• Experienced in SIP, CTI, Call Center applications, basic Data Switching
• Experience in virtualization technologies for deploying and managing IPT solutions delivery.
• Understanding of cloud computing, storage management and networking.

 Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in IPT engineering or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and in a teamwork vibe.
• Good command of communication and interpersonal skills.
