Service Engineer (Cloud)

To assist with business expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineer to join our team.

Your Role

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AWS/AZURE/AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.

• Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Mulit Cloud Environment.

• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.

• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.

• Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Work with vendor's Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.

• Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in the cloud environment.

• Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.

• Stay up to date with new features and services from multi Cloud environment and recommend improvements.

To Succeed in this Role

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3+ years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.

• Strong knowledge of AWS/AZURE/Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) platform services and architecture.

• Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.

• Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.

• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).

• Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB on cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a huge plus.

• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
