Assistant eCommerce Manager, DrGo

About DrGo

The DrGo app connects you with Hong Kong registered doctors, so you can benefit from a telemedicine video consultation. Our on-demand mobile platform enables you to book an appointment and consult a doctor of your choice via a video call. Any medicine and any medical certificate and/or referral letter which the doctor may prescribe or issue to you after the consultation will be delivered directly to your door.

 

Your Role

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategy in order to drive online sales, site traffic & registration of DrGo Healthstore
  • Work with marketing team to implement, manage and improve the real-time marketing automation tools and processes including Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Meta Search Marketing, Email Marketing and Database Marketing
  • Develop CRM strategies and marketing automation project for customer’s engagement and interaction for online shopping sites
  • Monitor KPI and Campaign ROI and compose regular and ad hoc reporting to understand the business performance of eCommerce
  • Explore new business partners and develop joint marketing activities or sales promotion to drive traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with Marcom & Product team, contribute to effective planning, quality assurance and execution of content across the websites and promotion
  • Analyze market and in-house data to understand consumer behaviors and identify marketing trends for developing e-Commerce on market trends and demand forecast
  • Conduct market & competitor research to understand customer needs for enhancing customer shopping experience.

 

 

To succeed in this role

  • Bachelor degree in eCommerce, online marketing, communications or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of experience in online marketing with 2 years of experience in retail eCommerce portals
  • Experience in website traffic generation by using SEM, SEO and Social Media, conversion optimization, and member base marketing
  • Quantitative and analytical skills with an ability to tailor analysis to specific circumstances (e.g. familiarity with Google Analytics, A/B testing and other online analytics tools that work with Magento)
  • Experience in consumer health related online channels is preferred
  • Passionate in online retail business and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
