Senior Technical Service Officer

Your role:

• Carry out field installation / maintenance services at customer’s premises
• Provide installation / maintenance for Voice, Data, Broadband, Green Mini Bus and Smart Parking Meter services at customer’s premises
• Follow procedures as documented in the Quality Management System
• Ensure the service meets customer’s requirement and / or Company standard
• Handle complaints and queries arise from both internal and external customers
• Liaise with other internal working parties to solve any problems during service provision
• Manage and supervise a team of field staff
• Prepare analysis and compile daily & monthly statistical reports
• Take up projects or assignments as required

To succeed in this role:

• Diploma Holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or DSE/HKCEE with relevant experience
• Possess related training / qualification (e.g. Green Card)
• Knowledge in telecommunication services is preferred
• Customer-focused, independent with good problem-solving skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as the Technical Officer role
