Senior Technical Service Officer

Your role
  • Provide install / restore services of all the HKT services at customer’s premises
  • Follow the procedures as documented in the Quality Management System
  • Ensure the service provided meets with customer’s requirement and/or Company
  • Explain/demonstrate answer or refer customer enquiries' on general services/products provided by the Company
  • Liaise with other internal, working parties to solve any problems during service provision
  • Perform shift, mid-night or standby duty as scheduled
  • Support project team in implementing different customize projects or network services projects
  • Co-ordinate the project implementation with internal colleague / external customer, contractor & building management office

 

 

To succeed in this role
  • DSE or equivalent with 5 years’ working experience in related field, or Higher Diploma / Ordinary Certificate in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with a strong desire in best delivering customer services and achieving service target
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Hardworking, courage to accept of new things and able to work under pressure and challenge
  • Holding vehicle driving license is an advantage
