Senior Technical Service Officer

Position Summary

We are seeking a committed and skilled Security Officer to join our 7x24 shift operations team, responsible for evaluating, inspect and review all security control, including equipment log, physical environment as well as operation process. The role focuses on incident handling, change execution and operational support for security components only.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 security infrastructure support in a shift-based rotation
• Provide daily system support and security incident handling.
• Perform security evaluation of every change in both physical and configuration.
• Work in line with business requirements with fulfil the security guidelines and provide constant support and troubleshooting service to the users by partner with the vendor / supplier
• Carry out service improvements and advise to system components of Private Cloud network.
• Assist in daily security related administration.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years’ information security or cyber security related work experience.
• Familiar in CIS hardening guide and concept.
• Experience in vulnerability review / assessment in different area.
• Experience in audit administration on security, network and system as well as procedure and documentation.
• Experience in change management, incident management, and problem management processes.
• Experience related to ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience in using ITSM tools.
• Experience in administration of SIEM solutions.
• Experience in administration of CyberArk or other Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of firewall policy control, risk assessment, and disaster recovery planning.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
• Certification holder of CISA / CISM / CISSP would be an advance.
