Senior Technical Service Officer
Job Summary
The ICT PABX System Engineer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT systems. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of SIP, IPT, CTI, IP Networking and Virtualization technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure seamless communication solutions that meet their critical services.
Job Descriptions:
- Install, configure, and maintain ICT system, CTI system and related telecommunications equipment.
- Analyze system and network performance, resolve complex problem. Work as a technical point of contact for engineering team, PM team, customer, and vendor.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed.
Required skills:
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) for deploying and managing IPT solutions.
- Assist in IPT system integration and deployment of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions and associated applications.
- Knowledge of SIP, H323, MGCP, QoS, Switching, CTI applications, dB usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IPT PABX engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SIP protocols and their application in telecommunications.
- Understanding of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) concepts.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good command of communication and interpersonal skills.
