Senior Technical Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and support Linux-based systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies.
• Maintain system documentation, including configuration procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, resolving them in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system engineering or administration with a focus on servers, Linux, databases, and virtualization.
• Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Suse Linux, Rocky Linux).
• Experience with server hardware and configuration.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience in voice or SIP solution support is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
