Senior Technical Service Officer

Your role

• Organize the quality checks on HKT contractors works.
• Carry out the work acceptance on HKT contractors work completion check.
• Offer supporting functions to the Operation Management Team as required.
• Collect and summarize data / information and recommend for process improvement and quality analysis as required.
• Compile analysis and report the quality check results on contractors.
• Complies and monitor the progress of the Black Spots. (MDF/DP)
• Complies and monitor the progress of the block wiring augmentation.
• Organize customer satisfaction survey.
• Participate in the HKT contractors’ skill certification assessment.
• Carry out the patrol visits to the contractors’ depot centres.
• Ensure that proper work practices are taken and that all contractors staff follows the relevant procedures documented in Work Quality Assurance Check General guidelines.
• Undertake projects or assignments as required.

To succeed in the role

• Higher Certificate or equivalent with minimum 6 years working experience in related field; or secondary school / DSE graduate with minimum 10 years working experience in related field or Company recognized qualifications with appropriate length of experience as demanded by the job.
• Experience in field operations and quality customer service delivery.
• Knowledge in telecommunication services, working procedures and operation system of the Company.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Ability to work independently on own initiative.
