Senior Technical Service Officer

Your role:

• Assist for the co-ordination of field services provision works in a timely and quality manner to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Co-work with various regional outside plant / field services teams for delivery of required telecom service.
• Interface with Sales / Engineering teams on project matters.
• Provide support to the team regarding workflow, data / inventory analysis and other logistic support.
• Provide updated guidelines to consumer field team if required.
• Participate in special projects and prepare proposals or reports as assigned.
• To negotiate with external parties to ensure the best interest of Company maintained or liaise with internal working parties to resolve service issues in all aspects.
• To perform shift, ad hoc or standby duty, undertake special assignments when required.
• To liaise with IOC and BMO for granting infrastructure access in customer premises.
• To provide on-the-job training and proper counseling / coaching to staff or contractor staff.
• To possess the experience of handling Premier customers and develop customized solution as required.
• To solicit and study user requirements and raise request to enhance support system as required.
• To deputize Manager as required.

To succeed in the role

• Degree Holder with minimum 2 years working experience in related field; or Higher Certificate or equivalent with minimum 6 years working experience in related field; or secondary school graduate with minimum 10 years working experience in related field.
• Sound technical knowledge in outside plant related field and field services
• Experience in dealing with BMO and IOC is a plus.
• Good customer handling skills in managing demanding customers’ service requests.
• Innovative and adaptable to changes in meeting the Company’s business need under a competitive environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire in best delivering customer services and achieving service targets.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
• Multiple know-how in field operation and service management work practices and procedures
