Senior Technical Service Officer

Your role:

• Possess the experience of handling Premier customers and develop customized solution
• Provide support to the team regarding workflow, data/inventory analysis and other logistic support
• Provide on-the-job training and proper coaching to staff or contractor staff
• Assist Manager for the co-ordination of outside plant network provision works in a timely and quality manner to meet internal and external customer requirements
• Co-ordinate with various regional outside plant teams and contractors for delivery of required project targets and deliverables
• Liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on project matters
• Solicit and study user requirements and raise request to enhance support system
• Perform shift duty and standby duty
• Participate in special projects and prepare proposals or reports as assigned
• Deputize Manager as required

To succeed in this role:

• Degree Holder with minimum 2 years working experience in related field; or Higher Certificate or equivalent with minimum 6 years working experience in related field; or secondary school graduate with minimum 10 years working experience in related field
• Technical know-how in several professional areas in field operation and service management work practices and procedures
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and adaptable to changes in meeting the Company’s business need under a competitive environment
• Experience in dealing with Incorporated owners’ Committee (IOC) and Business Management office (BMO) is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
