Senior Technical Service Officer

Your Role:

• Assist the manager in supervising and supporting a team of contractor field staff to provide field installation/restoration services for Voice, BB, PW, and/or DDS, PSS circuits at customer's premises
• Ensure that installation and maintenance activities are efficiently carried out, meeting customers' requirements and company targets
• Ensure that contractor staff follows proper work practices and relevant procedures documented in the Quality Management System
• Collect data/information for process improvement and quality analysis as required
• Assist and coordinate the implementation of operational guidelines/instructions
• Provide on-the-job training and proper counseling/coaching to contractor staff
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve field service issues
• Assist in the sales referral program to maximize company revenue
• Perform shift, ad hoc, or standby duty when required

To success in this role:

• Diploma Holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in related field, OR
• HKDSE/HKCEE graduate or equivalent with 3 years’ working experience in related field, or related training/qualification recognized by the Company
• Experience in field operations and quality customer service delivery. Selling skill will be an added advantage though training will be given
• Knowledge in telecommunication services, working procedures and operation system of the Company is an advantage
• Ability to supervise a team of field staff is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skill; ability to work independently
