Senior Technical Officer

Your Role

• Assist the Unit Manager in supervising the service provision team or restoration team for data, voice, and broadband provisioning/restoration
• Carry out assigned projects as appropriate
• Lead a team to carry out daily operations
• Liaise with various work parties in providing effective and professional support to customers
• Conduct necessary verification and acceptance tests for respective upgrade work in OSS and Operation platform
• Carry out fault case investigation
• Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty

To Succeed in the Role

• High Certificate, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or related disciplines from different markets, with at least 3 years’ working experience.
• Basic knowledge in Telecommunication Services, Service Provisioning system and operation system will be an advantage
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication within team operations.Demonstrated ownership and supervisory skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Technical Officer

Referral Bonus Amount

Referral Bonus Payment

• The Referral Bonus will be paid to the referrer through payroll in the following month after the referee has satisfactory fulfilled the requirements as stipulated in the Global Staff Referral Program - Scheme Paper
• The referral bonus payment will be issued in 2 phases

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 3 months

- 50% bonus will be paid after the referee has completed the company’s service for 6 months
