Senior Technical Officer

Your Role

• Carry out network surveillance, service restoration and impact analysis duties for Voice, Broadband, Data and Cloud platforms
• Perform immediate diagnosis and restoration actions to resume service from equipment failure
• Support network incident handling, escalate to supervisory team and notify internal stakeholders
• Assist in procedure documentation and preparation of reports.
• Attend shift duty to support 7 x 24 hrs center operation with shift allowance 

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge in any programming language will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Technical Officer
