Senior Technical Officer

Your Role

• Carry out service surveillance & restoration for IP Network or Transmission Networks
• Participate in network expansions, enhancement and migration
• Support new service rollout and maintain operation acceptance
• Assist the Unit Manager to manage the operation team
• Attend Shift-duty in Operation Center

To Succeed in the Role

• Higher Diploma / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines with at least three years’ working experience.
• Technical and practical knowledge in IP Networking or Transmission Network technologies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with experience on Cisco, Huawei and Juniper Router or ADVA, Huawei DWDM / SDH equipment is advantage
• Candidate with less working experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Technical Officer
