Senior Technical Officer, Fixed Network Services Management

Your Role

• To assist Unit Manager to supervise service provision team or restoration team for data, voice and broadband provisioning/restoration
• To carry out assigned projects as appropriate
• To lead a team to carry our daily operations
• To liaise with various work parties in providing effective and professional support to customers
• To carry out necessary verification and acceptance test for respective upgrade work in OSS and Operation platform
• To carry out fault cases investigation
• Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty

To Succeed in the Role

• Diploma or Higher Diploma holder in Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplines with at least 3 years’ working experience
• Basic knowledge in Telecommunication Services, Service Provisioning system and operation system will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered as Technical Officer
