Senior Technical Officer, Broadband and Data Network Technical Support

Your Role

• Assist supervisor to operate Broadband Internet Network or WiFi Service
• Carry out assigned tasks as appropriate
• Update enquiry from frontline and customers
• Provide NOC support
• Liaise with various work parties in providing effective and professional support
• Carry out fault cases investigation
• Need to work out-of-office hours and may carry out call-out duty

To Succeed in the Role

• Diploma or Higher Diploma holder in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge in Networking and Server Administration
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
• Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Technical Officer

Work Location: Hong Kong
