Senior System Analyst

Role summary: Lead the technical delivery, support and evolution of a Healthcare & Telemedicine mission-critical platform used by doctors, operations staff, and patients. This is a hands-on technical lead role: design, code review, integration, deployment, incident resolution, and technical ownership. Serve as the main technical bridge between business owners, product/BA teams, vendors, and infrastructure. Build and mentor a small team of engineers to deliver new functions and stable day-to-day operations on business timelines.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own technical architecture and solution design for Healthcare & Telemedicine portal and related web apps; maintain system stability, performance, security, and documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans; align releases to business roadmap.
  • Hands-on development and review across frontend, integrations and deployment pipelines as needed; enforce quality and secure coding standards.
  • Lead Level-3 production support, incident RCA, and permanent fixes; coordinate with DevOps, infra, security, QA, and vendors.
  • Act as single technical focal point for internal teams and external partners; communicate constraints, risks, and practical phased options in plain business language.
  • Drive technical debt reduction, upgrades, environment management, and CI/CD improvement; document procedures and compliance evidence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Engineering or related.
  • ~5–7+ years in application development or system analysis; at least 1–2 years in senior or lead role.
  • Proven technical lead or system owner experience for business‑critical web applications.
  • Strong web architecture, integration and problem‑solving skills; experience in regulated or high‑availability environments preferred.

Technical skills

  • Modern web application stack: React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redux or equivalent, responsive UI, and frontend optimization.
  • RESTful APIs, token‑based authentication or SSO; secure coding awareness.
  • Container or Kubernetes/OpenShift familiarity, or similar deployment platforms.
  • Node‑based build/runtime experience, CI/CD awareness, troubleshooting production performance issues.
  • Advantage: Twilio or real‑time/video integration, web push or notifications, healthcare or telemedicine workflows, legacy upgrade experience and Cyber Security Certifications holder
