Senior Solutions Manager

To assist with business expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Solutions Consultant to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales consultancy services to corporate customers by understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Focus on Cloud Computing (IaaS & PaaS) solutions design according to corporate customers’ needs in the area of Cloud computing.
• Prepare sales proposal, customer workshops, tender response and present the proposed solutions to customers.
• Solutions design and conduct proof of concept of proposed solutions.
• Work closely with sales team to drive business and engage in the whole selling cycle.
• Assist with product team to enrich products and services portfolio, and certifications for the vendor’s partnership.
• Engage with engineering team and partners for solutions design and integration.
• Adopt 3rd parties’ solutions with integration with public cloud according to customer requirements.
• Support with cloud managed services team to elaborate the managed services, explain the billing usage, and advise for the infrastructure and services enhancement.

Requirement

• Degree holder or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of working experience in system and network infrastructure design, build or operation.
• At least 3 years of working experience in public cloud design, build or operation.
• Certification(s) on at least one of the public clouds.
• Knowledge and experience on public clouds, preferably with related design with best practice, and implementation experience.
• Knowledge to generate cloud spending estimation.
• Knowledge in any of the below area would be an advantage.
  • Network Infrastructure: Basic LAN/WAN Networking knowledge.
  • System Infrastructure: Microsoft Active Directory, Container Infrastructure, backup solution
  • Virtualization Infrastructure: Basic knowledge on VMware.
  • Public Cloud Managed Services.

• Self-motivated with good presentation and communication skill.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
