Senior Solution Analyst

Your Role:

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among all parties.
• Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the product team and UX designers, to continuously enhance the assistance system.
• Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues related to the application.

To Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. More experience would be considered for the Senior Project Analyst position.
