Senior Service Executive
Your role:
-
Support to acquire ICT products maintenance services contracts and maintain customer relationship for assigned customer accounts

Strive to win-back untapped service users to increase service revenue and market share of the Company

Manage the service sales cycle from service selling to service contract completion

Liaise with customers and internal counterparts to deliver the service contracts and payments
To succeed in this role:
-
Minimum 3-year sales or customer service experience
-
Knowledge of IT/telecommunications products and services is an advantage

Aggressive, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure

Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
