Senior Service Executive
- Support to acquire ICT products maintenance services contracts and maintain customer relationships for assigned customer accounts
- Build understanding of customer base, competition, pricing and market variables to drive/achieve the assigned target and business performance
- Strive to increase service revenue and market share of the Company
- Manage the service sales cycle from service selling to service contract completion
- Establish excellent relationships with business professionals through calls or face-to-face outdoor meetings with related service presentations
- Carry out any ad hoc duties as requested
