Senior Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cloud, network and security team to identify and develop opportunities;

• Address customer needs and conduct technology presentations to customers;

• Design the best valued IT solutions by China product to customers and work out the solution proposals;

• Handle IT-related documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports.

• Familiar in China product like Huawei, H3C, Sangfor, AIShu, Sanwei Security, Baishan Cloud, Aozhe, Eastcom, Kylin Software, Lingque Cloud, Logeasy, Nandatong, Queque Technology, Shanshi Network Technology, Kingsoft Software

Requirements:

• High diploma or degree holder in all disciplines;

• Solid experience in China product no matter networking, security or cloud;

• Knowledge on infrastructure of virtualization, server, storage and networking;

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with all parties.

• Self-motivated, flexible and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns

• Able to work under pressure in a multi-task environment
