Senior Service Engineer

We are seeking seasoned Network Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and revamp network environment in multi hub location by MPLS vrf plus OSPF routing protocol.
• Configure and deploy networking equipment such as routers, switches and VPN concentrators.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper integration of network components with existing systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• #Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior networking engineers on the team.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• #Handle and communicate with customer and understand what customer need to achieve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols especially OSPF and MPLS.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE with NAC control.
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper networking equipment (routers/switches) and Solarwind.
• Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with customer to understand requirement.
