Senior Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with Building Management Offices (BMO)
· Conduct regular meetings with BMO to coordinate the approval process and installation arrangements for EV chargers
· Follow up on the installation progress of EV charging facilities in various residential estates to ensure smooth project execution
2. Handling Resident Enquiries
· Understand residents' needs and questions regarding EV charging, and provide professional advice
· Assist residents with applications and related paperwork for EV charger installation
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
· Work closely with the Marketing Department to provide frontline insights on EV charging promotion plans
· Gather and relay customer feedback to help Marketing develop more attractive promotional initiatives
4. Sales & Customer Relationship
· Proactively identify and engage potential clients to promote EV charging solutions
· Maintain existing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and referral opportunities
Requirements:
· Experience in sales or customer service; background in property management or EV industry is an advantage
· Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently coordinate meetings with BMO and other stakeholders
· Basic knowledge of the EV charging market and a willingness to learn relevant technical information
· Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with the Marketing Department
