Senior / Sales Executive (Business Customer Hotline – Mobile CES Team) – No Cold Call

Your role

• Make outbound calls to our existing SME customers for fixed and mobile service renewal
• Promote the Company’s products and services through cross-selling approach
• Achieve sales target in order to increase the Company’s revenue and market share
• Provide professional advice to strengthen customer loyalty
• Shift Duty: 0930-1900 / 10:30 - 20:00 (Monday to Friday) and Saturday (10:00 – 15:00 alternative)
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay 

 To succeed in this role

• Form 5 Graduate/HKDSE or above
• At least 3 year’ solid sales experience in managing corporate clients and tele-marketing operation
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Sales-oriented with strong commitment towards sales target achievement, proactive, able to work independently

工作職責：
•    以電話主動向特選中小企客戶推廣公司各類手機產品相關續約計劃及服務，達到指定銷售目標
•    客戶名單由公司提供 (warm call)，無需cold call或外勤工作
•    了解客人需要，及時建議最新優惠
•    致力提供滿意的客戶服務，提升客戶服務體驗

工作時間：
•    每星期工作42.5小時，輪班工作，星期一至五，上午９時30分至下午7時或上午10時30分至晚上八時，星期六長短週上午10時至下午3時，公眾假期休息

工作地點：
•    九龍灣

入職要求：
•    中五/中學文憑或以上程度，懂簡單電腦操作
•    有3年以上商業客戶銷售經驗，具備熱線中心電話銷售經驗
•    操流利廣東話及良好英語，表達清晰
•    主動熱誠，積極進取以達致銷售目標
•    願意接受挑戰，能在壓力下應付工作
•    性格開朗，有耐性，個性獨立及良好溝通技巧
•    歡迎經驗較少者申請
