Job Title:              Senior Project Planning Specialist

Job Description:

1. Oversee Project P&L management, including month-end closing, forecasting, revenue and cost control, to ensure financial targets and profitability objectives are achieved.
2. Drive AI-enabled contract lifecycle automation by developing an end-to-end workflow from proposal, SOW execution, billing, invoice settlement to renewal, integrating data from customer and vendor sources.
3. Develop management dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility of Project P&L, key performance metrics, and business insights for effective decision-making and governance.
4. Proactively identify workflow / process gaps and continue to drive improvements.
5. Liaise with both internal and external partners relating to financial reporting matters.
6. Conduct any duties and ad-hoc tasks needed.

Eligible candidate: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools into daily operations to optimize workflows and enhance productivity
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business planning or project management.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills and good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Advanced command of MS Excel and Powerpoint
