Senior Project Officer (Network Service)

Your Role:

• Lead / support project team in implementing different smart city-related or network services projects
• Support different bidding activities for new service/project acquisition
• Coordinate the project implementation with internal colleagues / external customers, contractors & building management office
• Perform daily project/operation works such as reviewing with teams on implementation progress, resources and stocks
• Support different systems or workflow development for involved working parties
• Keep track of monthly reviews of activities, revenue and cost generated from new services/projects
• Undertake special projects or assignments whenever required

To succeed in this role:

• Degree Holder in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Experience in Smart City Related Knowledge and Advanced Technology or Network Services Project Handling & Field Operation Support will be an advantage
• Proven experience in large-scale commercial/consumer Wi-Fi project implementation is preferred
• Knowledge in payment services will be an advantage
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong desire to best deliver customer services and achieve service targets
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is required
