Senior Project Officer, Outside Plant Infrastructure Planning

Your role

• Assist the Project Manager to coordinate network provision and maintenance works for outside plant optical fibre infrastructure with internal and external customers
• Collaborate with the team regarding workflow, cost, data/inventory analysis and other logistic support for the new initiatives in maintenance works of outside plant
• Support the cost control of Blockwiring projects
• Prepare project proposals or reports as assigned, and maintain all the project records
• Engage in ad hoc projects in building access and network infrastructure

To succeed in this role

• F.5/ DSE/Certificate or above in Electrical/Electronic/Civil Engineering with min. 2 years’ relevant working experience in project management or outside plant operations is preferable
• Familiar with outside plant operations
• Good PC skills for Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and project management skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing and able to take up challenge
• Proficient in spoken and written in both English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Officer
