Senior Product Manager

Your Role

• Define and drive the product roadmap for a global B2B cross-border payment platform, covering fiat and stablecoin-based payment, collection, settlement, on-ramp, and off-ramp services.
• Design and launch innovative cross-border payment and settlement solutions that address customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Lead integrations with banking partners, payment service providers (PSPs), payment networks, liquidity providers, and other ecosystem partners to expand global payment capabilities.
• Monitor key product and operational metrics, including payment success rates, settlement efficiency, transaction volumes, customer experience, and platform performance.
• Stay abreast of developments in cross-border payments, digital assets, stablecoins, and global regulatory landscapes to identify opportunities and manage risks proactively.
• Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Legal, Risk, Engineering, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives independently with a strong sense of ownership, proactively resolving issues, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify potential risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early, and implement effective mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.

To Succeed in This Role

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Payments, FinTech, or related financial services industries.
• Strong experience in Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment gateways, remittance companies, acquiring businesses, or global transaction banking.
• Deep understanding of B2B cross-border payments, international settlement processes, correspondent banking, FX workflows, and payment ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience building or managing cross-border payment products, including payout, collection, treasury, settlement, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering payment platform integrations with banks, PSPs, card schemes, payment networks, or alternative payment methods.
• Experience building stablecoin-based payment solutions, digital asset products, or blockchain-powered financial services.
• Strong understanding of global payment regulations, AML/KYC requirements, licensing frameworks, and compliance considerations.
• Experience working within a regulated financial institution, licensed payment provider, or HKMA-regulated environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and take full ownership of product outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills, execution focus, and a bias for action.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex payment concepts into clear business requirements.
