Senior Product Manager

You will support the execution of product initiatives and new features for a cutting-edge digital wellness platform. This role blends product management and project management responsibilities, ensuring that HealthTech solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines. You will work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to drive initiatives through planning, requirements definition, testing, and implementation.

Your Role:

• Assist with launching new product and app functionality initiatives to enhance digital wellness services and user experience.
• Conduct market and user analysis to understand customer needs and support product development decisions.
• Provide practical recommendations that align with business objectives, leveraging digital technologies and data-driven insights.
• Support user journey mapping to ensure features and workflows are intuitive, user-centric, and effective from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with IT, design, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into functional product requirements.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure feasibility, alignment with objectives, and smooth technical execution.
• Coordinate with external partners when required, supporting communication, documentation, and alignment on deliverables and standards.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing product specifications, testing plans, and UAT documentation.
• Support end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, timeline tracking, and risk identification.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as engagement, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction to inform product enhancements.
• Communicate project progress and product updates to stakeholders and gather feedback.
• Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies and support team coordination, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.

To Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management, project management, business analysis, or digital development experience—preferably in HealthTech, InsurTech, or digital wellness.
• Experience working with digital platforms, e-business, or wellness-related technology projects.
• Solid understanding of digital product lifecycle processes, Agile methodologies, and user experience concepts.
• Experience contributing to product launches or managing workflow enhancements.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance considerations, or regulated industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Figma, or analytics platforms.
