Senior Marketing Executive

This role supports segment marketing initiatives (both acquisition and retention) and drives digital transformation projects to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the SME segment to achieve revenue and KPI targets.
  • Design and implement marketing programs that strengthen market competitiveness and business growth.
  • Prepare and analyze regular business performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and logistics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in AAIOE projects development, launch and execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support successful project delivery.
  • Assist in change management to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.

 

Qualification/ Requirement expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related discipline.
  • 3 years of marketing experience, exposure with online marketing and AI tools preferable.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and enjoy data analysis
  • Good communication and presentation skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
