Senior Marketing Executive

Your role:

• Initiate, plan and implement a vast of marketing campaigns for customer acquisition to grow sales revenue
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with potential business partners
• Support sales team in attaining sales goals through development and implementation of strategic marketing/communications programs
• Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics to gauge marketing performance
• Prepare monthly marketing analysis for insightful, fact-based decisions and reporting
• Maintain the marketing budget to maximize business results
• Work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the sales and marketing of the product
• Research consumer behavior to identify industry trends and adjust brand marketing
• Work with other functional teams to develop creative and compelling marketing material that is consistent with brand vision
• Coach and manage the activities of the subordinates

To succeed in this role:    

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
• 5 years of working experience in consumer marketing / technology / telecom industry
• Solid experience in implementing end to end acquisition program, developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Good understanding in business operations
• Strong project management, multitasking, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Attentive to details, results-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager
