Senior Manager/AVP, Wholesale & MVNO, Mobility Services & MVNO
Main Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and establish new mobility wholesale business opportunities
- Work closely with existing customers to drive the sales performance and explore new business opportunities
- Formulate and negotiate the commercial offer and the contract with the customers
- Manage day-to-day account activities, including handling customer inquiries, disputes, complaints, late payments, and other operational tasks.
- Provide market insights to management for supporting the development of mobility wholesale business
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reporting for financial performance and projects update
Skills/Qualifications
- University degree or Higher diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering or other relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a commercial role within the telecommunications industry and 3 years in a managerial position.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.
- Profound knowledge in mobile and fixed network in both wholesale and retail business, telecom regulatory regime and interconnection.
- In-depth business knowledge, technical knowhow and experience in mobility business, including MVNO, IMSI wholesale, sponsor roaming, MVNE, IoT, 5G NSA/SA, mobile VAS etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including both business and technical teams, inspiring business insights.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with good ability to manage customers, internal counterparts, and vendors.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written in Mandarin, English, Cantonese is essential. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
